1. Introduction

Hypera Teknoloji San. Tic. A.Ş. ("Hypera," "we," "our," or "us") provides an enterprise-grade AI Vision Intelligence Platform designed for physical venue operations. We operate with a strict "Privacy by Design" philosophy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data, specifically regarding our proprietary Edge-Native architecture which ensures video data is processed locally and never stored on cloud servers by default.

2. Architecture & Data Minimization

Our platform is distinct from traditional cloud surveillance. We process data under the following principles:

• On-Premise Processing: All video inputs are analyzed instantaneously by Edge Computing Units installed physically within the Client’s venue.
• No Cloud Video Retention: We do not stream, record, or store raw video footage of your customers or staff on our cloud servers. All visual processing occurs locally.
• Metadata Transmission: Only encrypted, anonymized alphanumeric metadata (e.g., “Queue_Count: 5”, “Service_Time: 45s”) is transmitted to our cloud environment for the purpose of generating dashboards and alerts.

3. Information We Collect

A. Client Business Information (B2B)

• Authorized Representative details (Name, Work Email, Phone).
• Venue specifications (Floor plans, camera mapping, zone definitions).
• Billing and Tax Identity information.

B. Operational Metadata (Automated)

The system generates non-personally identifiable metrics, including:

• Occupancy & Flow: Aggregate counts of individuals and dwell times in specific zones.
• Asset Status: Status of physical assets (e.g., cleanliness levels, stock depletion).
• Vehicle Analytics: Non-identifiable vehicle attributes (e.g., type, occupancy count) for operational throughput analysis.

C. Biometric & Identity Statement

• No Facial Recognition Databases: Hypera does not build or maintain "one-to-many" facial recognition databases for identifying specific individuals.
• Anonymized Demographics: The system may estimate aggregate attributes (e.g., “Group: Family”, “Sentiment: Positive”). This process is instantaneous at the edge; visual data is converted to anonymous statistical tags immediately, and the source image is discarded.

4. Usage of Data

• Service Delivery: To visualize operational KPIs on your Dashboard and trigger real-time alerts.
• System Optimization: We may use anonymized, aggregated metadata to retrain and refine our proprietary Vision-Language Prediction (VLP) models.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with KVKK (Turkey), GDPR (Europe), and other applicable regulations.

5. Data Security

• Local Encryption: Data at rest on edge devices is protected via industrial-grade encryption.
• Transmission Security: Metadata is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Access Control: Client access is governed by role-based access controls (RBAC) defined by the Client.

6. Data Controller Status

The Client is the Data Controller, determining the deployment locations and monitoring purpose.

Hypera is the Data Processor, processing data strictly to provide the analytics service defined in the Service Agreement.
